I always wanted to learn Slovak, so when I learned I could take lessons, I immediately jumped on the chance. I have been taking lessons off and on from Bozena since 2007. She is a great teacher and makes learning Slovak fun. Using curriculum that she developed herself, she started with the basics, and gradually expanded to cover all aspects of the language. Bozena's well-rounded approach to teaching the language helps develop proficiencies in grammar, reading, writing, and speaking. Bozena only teaches proper Slovak that is taught in Slovakia for communication across the entire country. That is important to me since I would like to travel to Slovakia, and I want to effectively communicate. In closing, Bozena has been a great teacher, and I would recommend her to anyone wanting to learn Slovak.
